Dear Phil and family, we were so sorry to hear of Phyllis' passing. She will truly be missed. She was a wonderful neighbor and we'll always remember her out in her gardens, her pool, and making things beautiful. Please let us know if there is anything you need help with. How often I have thought of your family over the years. You have been very dear in my memories. Phyllis was always so upbeat and bubbly... she was special.
