William A. Woods, II

William A. Woods, II, 57, died Monday 4/5/21. He was born in Greenfield July 22,1963, the son of William A. Woods and Vallely J. Stoddard.
William "Billy" has moved on to the big fishing hole in the sky . Billy passed peacefully, likely while sleeping, on Easter Monday. Billy leaves behind his children Trisha J. Woods and Michael A. Woods; a granddaughter Cherish Innocent Tondryk; his loving mother and his many siblings.
Billy was a devoted and loving father who cherished his children and his family.
Billy loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing (which he did with great skill), his "Artwork", adventures to Maine with his family, landscaping, carpentry and beautifying properties, in his earlier years, hockey and skiing.
Billy also enjoyed camping along the banks of the green river ,at what became his beloved "Camp Wonderland".
Billy was an integral part of community services at the Wells Street Homeless shelter and the Greenfield Salvation Army, where he perfected his Culinary skills, right up until this past Easter Sunday baking a ham for the residents of the homeless shelter.
Billy's departure will leave a big hole in many lives as his warm smile and genuine laughter will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
Billy is tending to the lord's gardens now, his pains have vanished and now the fish jump into his arms just to say hello, before he kisses them and lets them go.
Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
