William D. Aldrich

William D. Aldrich, 74, of Vernon St. died Wednesday (8-11-21) at home. He was born in Turners Falls August 7,1947 the son of Edmund “Pug” and Annetta (Bouchard) Aldrich.

Bill attended local schools and graduated from Turners Falls High School the class of 1965.

He was a self-employed contractor for many years. Bill was an avid Raiders fan. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his dog Sookie.

Besides his mother, Annetta, Bill leaves his children Bob Aldrich, Erica Aldrich- Smith and her husband Joe, Nick Aldrich, Lucas Aldrich and his partner Steph Wilkes. And his grandchildren, Tyler, Seth, Savannah, Cayleigh and Tucker and his brother Bob Aldrich of South Dakota.  Bill also leaves his former wife Cindy who was his friend and care giver.  Besides his father, he was predeceased by his brother Jack Aldrich in 2018.

A calling hour will be held on Tuesday (8-31-21) from 12-1 PM at Kostanski Funeral Home 1 Kostanski Square Turners Falls, MA.
