Virginia M. Wisenski, 73, of Greenfield MA died peacefully at home on Friday April 7, 2023. She was born in Montague MA on February 10, 1950, to Sherman W Gray Sr. and Mary E (Nicewicz) Gray.
Virginia grew up in Turners Falls MA, attended school there, and maintained a lifelong connection to the community as an active member of her church. As a teenager, she was a candy striper at the Farren, and American Flag Bearer for the Millers Falls Conquerors Color Guard of the Drum & Bugle Corps. She graduated from Turners Falls High School, class of 1968, and started her banking career that same year at Franklin Savings Institution.

Of all the positions she held during her 43-year career in banking, Loan Servicing was what she enjoyed the most. An avid reader, she also enjoyed baking and tending her flower garden. She especially loved spending time with her family.
Virginia leaves behind her husband Michael of 51 years, her son Stephen and daughter-in-law Stacy (grandchildren Sadie and Stosh) of Jeffersonville IN, and daughter Mimi and son-in-law David of Eugene OR.
