Virginia L. Aubrey

Virginia "Ginger" Aubrey, 74, of L St. passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 16th, 2020 at home with her family by her side. She was born in Greenfield, June 26, 1946, to William and Almira (White) Aubrey. Virginia attended the local schools.
Virginia enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, word puzzles, crocheting, watching horror movies and dancing to country music. Her other interests include horses, wrestling, Christmas time, walking in the snow, Patriots football and cats. She also enjoys spending her days playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Virginia leaves behind her daughter Dawn Hubbard and husband Raymond of Turners Falls, and her grandchildren and great grandchildren; James Hubbard and his fiance' Abby Mott of Turners Falls with their daughter Winry Hubbard, April Crumbey and her husband David of Keyesport, IL. with their children, Travis and Trevor Crumbey, Angela Hubbard of Turners Falls with her son Zachary Hubbard, Stephanie Blain and her husband Jeff of IL. with their children John Dean and Bailey Jean Wilkerson, Samantha Wessman of Greenfield with her son Nicholas Cummings, and Nicole Fisher of Hinsdale, NH with her children Braiden McDonough-Fisher and Skylar Auger. Virginia is also survived by her siblings James Aubrey, Rebecca Poirier, Robert Poirier, Raymond Poirier, Corrine Duprey and her husband Mark, her in-laws Don Momaney and Robert Barnes, and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her siblings Irene Bennet, Sylvia Barnes, Rachel Monaney, Edward "Pete" Aubrey, Step-brother David Poirier Sr., and her former husband Ervin Fisher Sr.
Visitation will be held Saturday January 9th, 2021 at the Kostanski Funeral Home 1 Kostanski Square from 11am-1pm. Social distancing and face coverings are required.
