Steven P. Brunette, 50, of Chapman Street died Wednesday 4/28/21 at home. He was born in Northampton on May 3, 1970, the son of Albert and Dorothy (Pratt) Brunette. He attended Northampton High School but chose to get his GED instead of graduating.
Steve was an injection molding tech at the Pelican Company in South Deerfield.
He loved spending time with his family in any way; family barbecues, get-togethers and just hanging out with his mother,
brothers and his best friend, Cluster Sullivan. He loved old cars and car shows of all kinds. He enjoyedworking on computers and
gaming as well. He loved spending time with his cats and spent many hours watching cat videos online.
Among his survivors, Steven leaves his beloved wife, Melanie (Delmo)Brunette; his father, Albert; his step mother, Alice Brunette; his mother, Dorothy Guertin; his step father, Frank Guertin; a son, Steven K. Brunette of Southampton; two step daughters, Kyla and Kairille Delmo, both of the Philippines; five
brothers, Robert and Shayla Brunette of Ware, Richard Brunette of Greenfield, Michael and Francine Brunette of Chesterfield, Daniel and Jojean Brunette of Shelburne, and Scott and Karen of Southampton; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his eldest brother Albert Brunette Jr.
Funeral services will be private. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday evening, May 4th from 4-6pm at the Kostanski Funeral Home, 220 Federal Street, Greenfield.
