Richard D. Heath

Richard D. Heath, 74, passed away on Monday April 20, 2026, at UMASS Medical Center in Worcester. He was born in Montague March 15, 1952, the son of Frank and Alice (Szutowicz) Heath.
Richard was a graduate of Turners Falls High School.
Richard was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the Marines.
Richard retired in 2012 from UMass Amherst after 40 years where he was the emergency generator technician.  He also drove tractor trailer for Coca Cola and Noonan Energy.
Richard enjoyed fishing, playing softball and golfing with friends.
He leaves his wife the former Leslie Saben, his brother Frank Heath of Florida.  He also leaves his stepdaughter, Lisa Smith (Jeremy), grandchildren Jason Noyes, Kaitlyn Noyes and Casey Rosado (Anthony) and great granddaughter Ivory.
Richard was predeceased by his father Frank Heath, mother Alice Heath, brother Jeffrey Heath and stepson Andy Smith.
Services will be private and at the convenience of his family.
