Philip E Harrington Jr

On July 28, 2023, Philip Harrington passed peacefully at his home, with his loved ones by his side, at the age of 75.
Phil is survived by his children, Adam and Kearstin of Glen Ridge, NJ and Kevin and Kelly of Bernardston, MA, and sister Sheree Markwarth of Wayland, MA. 
Phil now joins his beloved wife Sharon Harrington and his daughter and grandson Jill and Chase Hanzalik.
Phil was born on October 24, 1947 in Wayland, MA. His basketball ability opened up different opportunities before enlisting in the Marine Corps where he served in the Vietnam War.
Phil was an extremely hard worker and was fortunate to spend his years doing something he was passionate about. Phil was an avid landscaper, arborist and extended his talents to golf course management as well.
Phil's love for cooking and hosting his friends and family brought all of his loved ones together often to enjoy his favorite meals. Throughout his years he often volunteered to cater many events in the local community.
Phil adored all 10 of his grandchildren; Tayrn Thayer, Brooke Whelan, Jayden Harrington, Addison Harrington, Kayleigh Whelan, Charley Harrington, Jaxon Harrigton, Jonah Harrington, Payton Harrington, and Jill Harrington.

The family invites you to join them for a celebration of life at the Beech House at the Northfield Golf Course on Wednesday, August 2nd starting at 5 pm. The burial services will be private at a later date.
