Patrick J. Cusack, Sr.

Patrick J. Cusack Sr., 63, of Main St. passed away Tuesday (10-17-23) at Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility in Greenfield. He was born in Manhattan, NY on December 6, 1959, the son of James and Hilda (Reines) Cusack. 
Pat attended schools in Turnes Falls. He was a driver for F.M. Kuzmeskus for many years. He enjoyed reading and metal detecting in his younger years.
Pat is survived by his mother Hilda of South Hadley, his son; Patrick Cusack Jr. of North Carolina, his daughters; Kimberly of Turners Falls and Charlene Waryasz of Greenfield. Pat also leaves his sisters; Diana (David) St. Germain of Arizona and Alice (Steve) Patruno of South Hadley and nieces and nephews. Pat also leaves his three grandchildren: Eric, Andrew and Piper and one great grandson Connor.
He was predeceased by his father James Cusack, his wife of 37 years Linda Cusack and daughter Jennifer Waryasz.
Calling hours will be held Friday October 27, 2023 from 4-6 PM at Kostanski Funeral Home 1 Kostanski Square, Turners Falls. Burial will be in the spring.
