Noreen A. Bogusz, 80, of Dell St. passed away Monday January 13, 2025, at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton. She was born in Turners Falls on May 25, 1944, the daughter of James D. and Amelia (Skiengel) Baird. Noreen attended local schools and graduated from Turners Falls High School the Class of 1962 where she was a Twirler. Noreen was a mailroom clerk at Channing L. Bete for many years.

She was an avid New England sports fan and enjoyed gardening along with Margarita nights with the girls. Noreen also loved to follow her grandchildren’s and great granddaughter’s events.

Noreen leaves her sons; David Bogusz and his wife Amy and Robert Bogusz all of Turners Falls, her siblings; James E. Baird and his wife Ginger of Greenfield, Robert Baird of North Carolina, Kathy LaPoint and her partner Daune Jenks of Turners Falls, Janice Tanyuk and her husband Danny of Erving, Patty Dion and her husband David of Turners Falls and her brother in-law Bill Zabko of Keene, NH. She also leaves her grandchildren; Vincent and Lexi Bogusz, Hannah Bogusz-D’Astous and her husband Joseph, Hailey Bogusz, her mom Wendy Bogusz, and her great granddaughter Aubrianna and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents Noreen was predeceased by her husband of 45 years Francis “Shadow” Bogusz, her son Brian Bogusz and her sister Geri Zabko.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later time and date.
