Lucille (Karpinski) Lincoln

Lucille (Karpinski) Lincoln, 92, formerly of Congress Street died Monday 4/19/21 at the Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility in Greenfield.  She was born on September 29, 1928 in Bellows Falls, VT and was one of eleven children born to Anthony and Czestawa (Szulborski) Karpinski.  She attended local schools in Vermont and was a graduate of Bellows Falls High School. 
Lucille had a local singing career for over thirty years with “Lucy and the Starlighters”.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Tony Unaitis, and married her second husband Kendall Lincoln in 1974.  Kendall predeceased her on February 27, 2018. 
Lucy and Ken enjoyed traveling and once drove across the country to California.  They spent a vacation in Hawaii and traveled to Florida and other states.  Lucy loved to tell jokes, play pranks, and laugh.  She was the life of the party and get togethers, always putting a smile on every face she met.  She loved her entire family.  Lucy enjoyed having tag sales, chatting with friends at Dunkin Donuts, and trips to the Casino.
Among her survivors, Lucy leaves three children, Susan Unaitis, Richard Unaitis and Jon Unaitis; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and her only surviving sibling, Bernadette Beckham. 
Besides her beloved husband, Ken, Lucy was predeceased by two children, Anthony James Unaitis and Patti Unaitis. 
Funeral services will be private.  Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
