Linda M. (Gibson) Molloy, 77, of Bulkley St. passed away Saturday March 22, 2025, at home. She was born in Montague April 4, 1947, the daughter of Paul and Rita (Momaney) Gibson. Linda attended local schools and graduated in 1965 from Turners Falls High School.
Linda married Kevin J. Molloy on July 14,1997. She worked for the Town of Montague in the Building Inspectors Office as an assistant for many years and retired as a business owner.  Upon retirement, she spent many years as a winter Texan with her husband.
Linda loved most of all her three children, grandchildren, and husband. Her family was everything to her. You could always find her out in her yard cleaning, planting, and chatting with her neighbors. She was fond of sitting in the sun on her deck watching the birds and nature. She was active and enjoyed walking on the beach, hiking, and fifth wheel camping adventures. She will be remembered for her kindness, endless love, and positive attitude that she brought to all her friends and family.
Linda leaves her husband of 28 years Kevin J. Molloy, her children; Tina Sulda and her husband Scott of Turners Falls, Nicole Charest of Greenfield and Destin Day and his wife Nicole of Turners Falls and her grandchildren; Eve Charest, Maxwell Charest, Paige Sulda, Alex Sulda, Lillian Day and Jackson Day and her brother Kevin Gibson and his wife Diane. Linda also leaves her husband Kevin’s children; Lisa Molloy, Kevin M. Molloy and his girlfriend Cheryl Gentile, Debra Munger and her husband Chris and Keith Molloy and all their children, along with several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Linda was predeceased by her son-in-law David Charest and her brothers, Ronald Gibson and John Gibson.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday April 5, 2025, at 10 AM at Our Lady of Peace Church, 90 7th St. Turners Falls, with Rev. Stanley Aksamit pastor officiating. There are no calling hours.
