Katie was predeceased by her father Maryon “Mike” Viencek in 2016.
Katie was a EMT for Action as well as Holyoke EMS. Katie had a handful of jobs after her career as an EMT. She always loved cooking and making new foods. Her most recent jobs were all cooking related! She loved her cooking as well as all of her family! Until it came to garlic bread! Katie loved doing all the goth/cosplay, and horror themed photoshoots with her husband Mike. When Katie wasn’t out with her husband going camping in the truck, hiking mountains, fishing or just being out in the wilderness driving down trails or roads, but rarely was it a road that they were driving on, Katie was always with her children and grandkids. Oh lovely Emilia granny loved you so much, Hutson granny also loved your crazy little sonic butt, Wyatt granny loved you so much she always said how much you look like daddy (Michael Dobias, Jr.) and finally Matteo, granny loved you to the moon and back although you may not remember granny she always talked about how cute you are, how chunky your cheeks are and she loved holding you tight and giving you kisses, making funny faces to get you to laugh! Katie loved all of her grandkids more than you can ever imagine and she was the greatest grandparent ever! Always getting cool toys and just making tons of memories with them!
Katie also had three wonderful siblings Robert Viencek, Kelly Burgh, Keri Viencek. With that being said Katie also had a niece Brayleigh Burgh and three nephews Ethan Burgh, Gary Viencek, and Joe Briere that’s she also loved more than you can imagine!
Katie loved playing games… not video games, but board games, she loved playing UNO even though every time she played everyone would gang up on her to get her a bunch of cards, Yahtzee she somehow would roll Yahtzee like that was all she could roll, any card, dice or board games she loved playing with her family!
