Joshua P. Lewis

Joshua Paul Lewis, 23, of Mary Potter Lane died Sunday 12/2/18 at the Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield. Born in Yuba City, CA on March 25, 1995. Josh attended local schools in Greenfield, graduating from Greenfield High School Class of 2014, with high honors. During Josh's freshman year, he started Josh's Jam, Jelly's and More, making and selling his own homemade jams. Josh has had many customers over the years that love and enjoy his Jam.
Josh was employed at Servicenet's Prospect Meadow Farm in Hadley, a place he adored. He loved everything about his job at the farm, especially the goats, and considered himself a true farmer. Josh had a love for all things and was knowledgeable in all areas. He was a history buff, he enjoyed playing YuGiOh cards with his friends. He enjoyed going to Friends in Common at the United Arc, where he loved to sing karaoke. He was a caring, happy go lucky person, who had an infectious smile. He was a huge fan of rock music.
Above all things, he loved his family and all his friends. Josh was a very caring person who was an unconditional friend.
Among his survivors, Josh leaves his parents, Janet and Brad Marks; his father, Timothy Lewis and his wife Melody; his paternal grandparents, Kathryn and John Lewis; his step grandmother, Kathleen Marks; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and many extended family members and friends.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Camille and Paul Schelfhaudt.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday 12/ 11 at 10am at the Kostanski Funeral Home, 220 Federal Street, Greenfield. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
Calling hours will be held Monday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
