Joan A. (Kruzlic) Duda, 81, of Dunton Street died Monday 6/21/21 at the Elaine Center at Hadley. She was born in Whately on March 4, 1940, the daughter of Peter and Mary (Legus) Kruzlic. Joan attended local schools in Montague and was a graduate of Turners Falls High School Class of 1957.
Joan was a switchboard operator at the Farren Care Center in Montague and the Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield. She was also a teller in various banks throughout the area.
Joan loved traveling, gardening, and landscaping.
Among her survivors, Joan leaves one son, James Duda of Spokane, WA; two granddaughters, Jayne Pritchett of San Antonio, TX and Erin Duda of Spokane, WA; and three great grandchildren.
Joan was predeceased by her beloved husband, Henry Duda in 2017 and her son Michael in 2018.
Per Joan’s request, there will be no services. Joan will be cremated.
