George A. McDonald, Jr., 75, of Conway St. died Sunday April 16, 2023, at Baystate Franklin Medical Center. He was born in Hartford, CT April 14, 1948, the son of George A. and Jessie (Smith) McDonald, Sr. He attended local school there.
George was a self-employed computer technician for many years. George was an auto mechanic when he first married.
He married the former Barbara Sturgeon on December 22,1979 in Greenfield, MA. Sadly, she passed away February 26, 2018.
He enjoyed Dragons and computer games.
George leaves his brother Ronald Pease, and his wife Laurie of Turners Falls. He was also very close to his niece Jennifer Stetson Rosewarne and her daughter Brooke. He had many nieces and nephews as well.
He was predeceased by his sisters Elizabeth McDonald Pecor and Donna Pease Stetson Fields. His last sister Frances Pease Devine died just 6 days after George passed.
Services will be private and at the convenience of his family.
Arrangements are under the direction of Kostanski Funeral Home.
