Elizabeth "Betty" "Betsy" T. (Welch) MacEachen

Elizabeth "Betty" "Betsy" Thérese MacEachen (Welch), age 83, passed away on March 28, 2021 at her home with her family by her side. Betty was born on April 8th, 1937 to the late John T. Welch and Virginia Welch (Reardon). She grew up in Arlington, Massachusetts and was a graduate of Matignon High School and Chamberlayne Junior College, where she received her Associate's Degree.
She was a proud stewardess for Northeastern Airlines and a sales correspondent for Dewey & Almy Chemical Company before marrying Stuart John MacEachen on August 4th, 1962. She was a proud mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved to laugh and share stories. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Stuart J.; her four daughters; Erin Catherine MacEachen and her partner Samson Hale; Lauren Marie MacEachen and her husband Keith Kobza; Mary-Jessica Deflumeri and her husband Anthony; Shawna Elizabeth Nelsen and her husband Phil; two granddaughters, Justine Elizabeth and Grace MacKayla, and a great-granddaughter, Averie Laurence. She is also survived by her two sisters; Barbara Prescott and Jackie Hawkes and her husband Jack Hawkes; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her great-grandson, Braxton Stuart.
