Douglas Andrew LeBeau

A truly unique and one of a kind soul, Doug was born on September 20th, 1946, and grew up in North Adams. In 1972, he moved to Greenfield, MA where he worked as a Sales Manager for Hartwin Motors, Lorenz Buick/GMC, and Pioneer Saab/Volvo. He later went on to start his own ski industry consulting company which he continued to work on until his passing.

To say Doug loved skiing would be an understatement. He spent much of his time around ski resorts and ski shops, in particular Jiminy Peak and Berkshire East.

An avid fan of music, Doug possessed a near encyclopedic knowledge of the music from his era, including his favorite, The Beach Boys.

Doug leaves behind his two children, Tracy LeBeau and Jay LeBeau, his sister Susan, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on 9/23 at 6pm at Kostanski Funeral Home in Greenfield.  Calling hours will be held from 4pm until the service time.
