Deborah Isles Obituary

Deborah A. (Little) Isles, 71, died Wednesday 2/28/24 at the Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield.  She was born in Wichita Falls, TX on February 6, 1953, the daughter of Kenneth and Gwendolyn (Ritall) Little.  Deb attended local schools in Montague and was a graduate of Turners Falls High School, Class of 1971.
Deb last worked at Pella Windows for many years until her retirement.  After her retirement she loved spending time helping with her grandchildren.
Deb loved spending time with her husband Doug gardening.  They were rarely not together.  Usually, whatever Doug was doing Deb would be there by his side.  Deb grew up in a large family, traveling to many areas of the country such as California, Texas and her beloved Maine. She also spent some of her childhood in Japan.  Of all the places she lived, Boothbay Harbor Maine held a special place in her heart.
Among her survivors, Deb leaves two daughters, Christie Carme and her husband Nick of Millers Falls and Jen Isles of Erving; two grandchildren, Dominic and Vincent Carme; three brothers, John Little (Deb) of Turners Falls and Michael (Tammy) and Kenneth (Tammy) Little, both of Gill; three sisters, Marie (Jeffrey) Superenant of Gill, Valerie (Myles) Da Cunha of Wilbraham and Laurie Lapan of Greenfield. Many brothers and sister in laws, nieces, nephews and friends.  Deb and Doug's friends were extended family.
Her daughters would like to thank the staff at Greenfield Rehabilitation for the care that she received prior to her passing.
Deb was predeceased by her beloved husband, Douglas Isles on February 21, 2023. Her daughters take comfort in knowing that she is now with her beloved husband again at his side. She was also predeceased by her parents Gwendolyn and Kenneth Little.
