Dawn E. (Gleason) Terlikoski, 76, of Greenfield died Monday 8/5/24 at the Western Mass Hospital in Westfield.  She was born in Colrain on December 23, 1947, the daughter of Herbert and Dorothy (Pike) Gleason. 

Dawn attended Colrain Central School, Arms Academy in Shelburne Falls, and Greenfield Community College in Greenfield.

In 1975 Dawn met the love of her life, Henry Terlikoski on the CB radio. They were wed in 1978 and enjoyed 33 years of marriage until Henry’s passing in 2011.

Dawn worked in the accounting office of Foster’s Grocery Store for 35 years until her retirement. She adored her Foster’s family and cherished the friendships she made there.

Dawn’s favorite place was the beach, especially the beaches in Gloucester. She enjoyed Christmas shopping with “The Maine Girls”, family gatherings, spending time with her grandchildren, making snowmen, playing Bingo, and bowling.

Among her survivors, Dawn leaves her daughter, Sherri Benedetti and her husband Michael of Greenfield; a brother, Ronald Gleason; four grandchildren, Kyle Conway and his wife Marcella, Jakob Conway and his partner Theresa Alamed, Ashley Benedetti and her partner Joshua Acus and Anthony Benedetti; two great grandsons, Bryce Conway and Henry Conway; and several loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Dawn was predeceased by her husband, Henry P. Terlikoski; her parents, Herbert and Dorothy Gleason; a brother, Forest Gleason and his wife Mary; two sisters, Jacqueline Nichols and Marjorie Miskolczi; a nephew, Dale Miskolczi; a niece, Brenda Madugno; and her sister in law Janice Gleason.

The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff of Western Mass Hospital in Westfield for the loving care they provided in Dawn final days.

A Graveside service will be held on Saturday August 31, 2024, at 10 AM at Branch Cemetery, 123 Foundry Village Rd. Colrain, MA 01340.

Calling hours will be on Friday August 30, 2024, from 4-7PM at the Kostanski Funeral Home, 220 Federal St., Greenfield.
