Beverly A (Griswold) Bugbee Obituary

Beverly A. (Griswold) Bugbee, 79, of Main Road, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. She was born in Greenfield on February 29, 1944, the daughter of Myron and Charlotte (Provost) Griswold. Beverly attended Greenfield Public Schools.
For many years, she was a machinist at Rule Cutting Tool, South Deerfield, MA. After retirement, Bev enjoyed watching classic TV shows, decorating her apartment, and, in the last year, adopting and caring for her adorable cat, Stella. But most of all, she embraced and cherished the company of her family and friends. Bev was a doting mother and grandmother. She was most notable for adding two extra grains of sugar to her coffee, stirring it repeatedly, and then adding that last extra grain for that perfect cup of coffee she always enjoyed. After visits with her family, she would be seen with her apartment window open as she waved and said her many "goodbyes" and "love you's."
Beverly leaves her daughters, Pamela Jarvis of Greenfield and Shelley Rogers, and her husband, Shane of Northampton. Grandchildren: Gregory Allen, Nicole Roberts, and Justice Rogers. She also leaves behind her brother, Ken Griswold, his wife, Nancy, and sister, Charlene Bunk. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Beverly was predeceased by brothers Donald, Robert, and Gary. And Grandson, James "Jimmy" Jarvis, Jr.
Services will be private.
