Barbara Alice (Williams) Smith, Phelps, Hale, Andrews, born on October 7, 1935, to Ezra and Eleanor (Hall) Williams, left us today, July 1, 2024, with family at her side to go to a better place. She was 88 years old. 

She loved to go sailing and loved watching her grandchildren play ball games. 

She came from a large family which all predeceased her, Albert, Robert, Beverly, Betty, Marjorie, Linda, Dora, Diane and several others that died at birth. Barbara also had 2 children predecease her and a grandchild, Melissa. 

Barbara had eight children, Douglas, Barbara, Edward, James, Laura Smith, Cindy, Raeline and Brenda Phelps; 27 grandchildren, 58 great grandchildren, and Kenneth, Randy, Kelley, Rick and Susan who were from marriage to Ken Andrews. 

A Graveside service will be held on Monday 7/8/24 at 10AM at Northfield Farms Cemetery 127 Millers Falls Rd. (Rte. 63), Northfield, MA 01360.
