Michael Duda Obituary

Turners Falls-----Michael J. Duda, 58, of Dunton St. died Saturday (9-15-18) at Poet’s Seat Healthcare Center in Greenfield.

He was born in Greenfield Oct. 18, 1959 the son of Henry “Monty” and Joan (Kruzlic) Duda.

 

Michael was a Turners Falls High School Class of 1977 graduate.

 

He enjoyed participating during his teenage years with the Franklin County Hockey Association, both on Home Ice and the Traveling Team to Canada.

 

For many years he was employed at Duda’s Sales and Service with his father.

 

Besides his mother of Turners Falls he leaves a brother James of Spokane, WA., one niece and grandnephew of Spokane, WA., one niece and two grandnieces of Harbor City, Florida, an aunt Christine Bourdeau and cousins from Texas and one great aunt Agnes Niedzwiedz and several cousins from the Gardner area and a very cherished cousin Debra Benoit.

 

The family of Michael greatly appreciates the compassionate care given by Valley Medical, Dr. Palmer, Kaleidoscope, Life Path, Poet’s Seat Healthcare Center, Mass Rehab. Commission, Gaamha Transportation and many other medical personnel and hospitals.

A special thanks to Tracy and Linda Styles for all the help given.

 

Services will be private and at the convenience of family.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations made be made to the donor’s choice.
