Gill----Virginia M. (Cocking) Grybko, 88, of Pine St. in the Riverside section of Gill died Sunday (4-9-17) at Poet Seat Heath Care Center in Greenfield. She was born in Montague February 20, 1929 the daughter of Charles and Barbara (Hastaba) Cocking.

Virginia attended Montague Public Schools .She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church

She was head of housekeeping for the former Howard and Johnson Motor Lodge in Greenfield retiring after many years.

Virginia enjoyed baking, cooking and was an avid Red Sox fan.

She leaves her children; Debbie O’Bryan and her husband Pat of Deerfield, Mark and his wife Beth of Greenfield, Daniel and his partner Linda Jacque of Northfield and two grandsons, Cody and Camden.

Virginia was predeceased by her husband Edwin Feb. 13 ,1998.

Services will be held Thursday at 11 AM at Kostanski Funeral Home 1 Kostanski Square Turners Falls. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 9:30 AM until the time of services.  The family would like to thank the staff of Poet Seat Health Care for their outstanding care.
