Montague---Mary B, (Czarnecki) Belunas, 93, of Montague died Tuesday (1-16-18) at Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility in Greenfield.

She was born March 18, 1924 in Gill the daughter of Paul and Julia (Wozniak) Czarnecki.

 Mary was a graduated of Turners Falls High School. She worked on the family farm. She was a communicant of the former St. Mary’s Church. Mary enjoyed the family farm and was a homemaker, she loved knitting, making puzzles, reading, bowling, feeding the birds ,listening to Polish music, family dinners, flowers and loved her trip to Poland to see relatives and most of all her grandchildren, Karon Belunas, Julie Kuklewicz and Keli Kuklewicz.

She also leaves her son, Ronald of Montague and her daughter Patricia Kuklewicz and her husband Carl of Erving. Mary also leaves a brother Edward Czarnecki of Flint, MI and her two sisters; Yolanda Murphy of Feeding Hill,MA and Natalie Rice of Glastonbury Ct. plus several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Belunas in 1991 and two sisters; Stacia Plaza and Adeline Cislo.

A graveside service will be held at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery in the spring. There are no calling hours.

Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.
