Lauren is an Angel who was entrusted to us for too short of time. Her expressions of love and caring for others was always present for all to see. It is always a mystery of why we lose someone so young. Now she has earned her wings and is in the loving embrace of the Lord and Blessed Virgin Mary. Forever an Angel.

Lauren was always kind and compassionate, from kindergarten to adulthood. She would offer words of advice and love when needed, I still have a note she wrote to my son when they were 5 years old. We are so very sorry for your loss and she will be missed by many.

I spent many a band practice marching next to Lauren. It was heartbreaking to hear this news. She was a wonderful person who loved so much. It’s sad to hear she left this earth so young. I’m So sorry for your loss.

"Grief doesn't have a plot. It isn't smooth. There is no beginning and middle and end." Ann Hood. Lauren made me laugh and she made me think with her challenges in 8th Grade CCD. She wasn't shy to tell me what she thought. She had such an energetic personality. I could see how special she was - how proud others were of her. She was a wonderful daughter, sister and friend. I have a vivid memory of her sticking up for someone in the class when another student was being less than gracious and generous. I was sensitive to her sensitivity and I'm honored to have had the pleasure and the privilege to have known her. May God's Strength be with her wonderful family during this difficult time.
