Erving----Jeffrey J. Watroba, 64, of French King Highway died Friday (2-17-18) at home.
He was born in Greenfield July 15, 1953 the son of Chester and Marilyn (Warsawski) Watroba.
He attended Montague schools and graduated from Turners Falls High School class of 1971.
Jeff was a handy man. He enjoyed carpentry and painting. He loved fishing with his daughter and grandsons Ethan and Everett. Jeff was an avid cook enjoying making all sorts of Polish dishes. He was very proud of his 7 years of sobriety.
Jeff leaves his daughter, Jennifer Eichorn and her husband Erik and their children, Ethan and Everett of Erving, his son, Jason Watroba and his wife Kim and their children Ivy, Riley and Kolby of Millers Falls, his mother, Marilyn Watroba of Montague and his brothers and sisters, Robert, Paul, Peter, John, Marilyn, Nancy, Hope and Stephanie.
He was predeceased by his father Chester Sr. and brothers Todd and Chester.
Funeral services will be held Friday (2-23-18) at 10 AM at Kostanski Funeral Home, 1 Kostanski Square in Turners Falls. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Thursday (2-22-18) from 4-6 PM at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to The America Cancer Society, the charity Jeff's grandsons raise money for can be sent to Jenn Eichorn 21 Ridge Rd. Erving, MA 01344.
