Crystal and I went to college together. We haven't seen each other since, though we spoke a few times. I have a boatload of memories, we had a lot of adventures. Her laugh was contagious. My friend forever, no matter the distance or time apart. I'm going to miss you.

I have just received the very sad news that Crystal has passed from this world to the next. I enjoyed working with Crystal at NELCWIT as the Director of the North Quabbin services. She had a great sense of humor and an ease in talking with people that made everyone comfortable. She also was never afraid to talk about the elephant in the room and that always made me laugh. Her dedication to you and her born family was unbreakable. My heart and thoughts are with you all. Priceless memories
