Greenfield--- Beverly A. (Ames) Reil, 74, a resident of Buckley Health Care Center died Friday (10-13-17) at the center.

She was born in Greenfield April 14, 1943 the daughter of LeRoy and Octavia (Chagnon) Ames.

Beverly attended local schools and was a graduate of Greenfield High School Class of 1961. She was employed the former Franklin Nursing Home as a CNA, dietary aid and a cook for over 25 years. Then she became program assistant for the Sunderland Senior Center for a few years.                    .

She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, auto racing, animals, taking road trips and spending time with her grandchildren.

She leaves her children Michael Reil of Warrensburg, Missouri, Theresa Reil of Southbridge, MA, Shari- Lynn of Greenfield and Rebecca Perry of Lake Pleasant, nine grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews , and her brother Alfred of Springfield .Besides her parents Beverly was predeceased by her brother LeRoy.

A memorial service will be held Saturday (10-21-17) at 12 noon at the Kostanski Funeral Home 220 Federal St. Burial will follow in Green River Cemetery. A calling hour will be from 11am until time of services.
