He was born in Greenfield on October 10, 1958, the son of Alphonse A. and Mary (Ethier) Ruggeri.

His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family in Greenfield.  He was always very helpful working with his brothers and enjoyed special times with his many sisters.

Tony always appreciated the many caregivers that help him live a fulfilling and enjoyable life and the family thanks them very much for all they did for Tony.  Tony was very well liked and made friends everywhere he went.  His smile would light up a room.
